Pearl Global Ministries, founded and led by Jane Nakalema, is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to transforming lives in Kyotera District, southwestern Uganda. Rooted in compassion and driven by a vision for sustainable change, we work to uplift vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment initiatives.

Why Kyotera?

Kyotera faces significant challenges, including widespread poverty, limited access to quality education (such as long distances to schools affecting young children), health crises, and food insecurity, which align directly with the ministry’s priorities of providing education support, healthcare outreach, economic empowerment through sustainable agriculture and vocational training, and community development initiatives.

The organization’s grassroots approach involves close collaboration with local leaders and residents in Kyotera to implement targeted programs—such as improving school access, talent discovery through community events, adult literacy, daycare services, and modern farming techniques—aimed at fostering self-reliance, restoring hope, and creating sustainable, lasting impact.
